Personal confirmation

All enquiries are subject to availability and manual confirmation. We send an itemised quote with the itinerary, price per passenger, group total and inclusions.

Deposit and balance

A 30% deposit is arranged after confirmation, with the remaining 70% payable on arrival in cash or by card as agreed. This website does not currently collect card payments.

Changes and cancellation

Your quote will include the cancellation, refund, waiting-time and change conditions that apply to your booking. Request these before paying. Different accommodation and activity providers may have different terms.

Private experiences

Transport is private. Exclusive guides, balloon baskets, activity sessions and camps must be specified and confirmed separately. Representative imagery may differ from the vehicle or location supplied.
